At northhome we believe in handpicking timeless, ethical, and sustainable products, which are of the best quality, can seamlessly fit into your home and spark joy into everyday life. “We wanted to create a store to share our curated list of products that have been consciously crafted and that we have fallen in love with.” northhome has been created by the owners of Fettle Restaurant located in Leeds UK and a couple of their friends Rebecca and Hubert who gave them the kick to get this off the ground and are the brains behind the online side of the store. Kamil and Simon who own the restaurant have always been captured by the simplistic, sustainable, Scandinavian mixed with Japanese “japandi” style, which they have poured lovingly into the space. Japandi is a hybrid trend. This style takes the modern flair of Scandinavian design and combines it with the timeless elegance of a Japanese aesthetic to create a style that brings together the best of both worlds. It’s not hard to see why we have fallen in love with it!
