Trouva works with independent boutiques that create unique and stylish watches for all situations. There are slick leather work watches, elegant gold and silver evening watches, and comfortable and casual everyday watches. You’ll find some real stand outs and clever combinations like a midnight blue face highlighted with gold, sea salt blue with light brown leather or rose gold details paired with grey leather. Trouva carefully curates a collection from over 150 of the UK’s best independent boutiques so youll find something you love and can treasure. There’s a range of design-led watches for both men and women in the collection. Here are just three of our favourite boutiques that are creating and selling beautiful watches:
Twisted Time is an independent boutique specialising in designer watches from new and established designers. Based in Shoreditch, Twisted Time was founded by Alan and Kelsey in order to bring more unique and design-focused watches to the market. They offer watches made with high quality materials and craftsmanship with a distinct edgy style. The pair are self-confessed watch and design enthusiasts who still personally review and select each of the watch designs that feature in their boutique. They look for modern watches that stand out from the crowd like the Eone Bradley watch that comes in a variety of grey, black and brown combinations. Its a modern classic with minimalist design - three magnetized ball bearings travel around the face in place of hands. For a more subtle look, the Void PKG01 provides a slim stainless steel aesthetic and clever functionality from a Japanese-made quartz movement.
For both men’s and women’s watches, HAYGEN offers a range of classics with a twist. There are black marble faces that make each watch a unique one-off, slick stainless steel mesh bands in blue or rose gold, or timeless combinations like a brown leather strap, egg white dial and gold details. HAYGEN was founded in London in 2011 and has a range of home furnishings, gifts, accessories and more. The overall look is contemporary and eternally stylish, with touches of Scandinavian design. The collection has been curated by Irish-born Jenny Hughes and her specialist team in Islington.
In Brighton resides WORKSHOP, a lifestyle boutique with a passion for simple and stylish items. WORKSHOP showcases homewares, accessories and a range of watches, all with their signature form, function, quality and authenticity that the boutique prides themselves on. WORKSHOP brings together a collection from around the world that have been made with care and top grade craftsmanship. They hope to enrich the lives of their customers by providing objects that only get better with age. WORKSHOP’s watches show off elegant design and simple detailing. For example, The Horse Polished Rose Gold & Blush Leather watch with its soft pink, Italian leather band and rose gold markers on a white dial. For men, the Australian brand The Horse has a rose gold and navy watch with steel casing and scratch resistant crystal sapphire glass to keep it looking polished all year.
