This label has been mis-printed, and reads 14"/28cm. Please do not be alarmed, it is 36cm, not the stated 28cm, and measures 14" across. This square deep cake pan with removable base is part of the Silverwood silver anodised baking range. Made in Birmingham, UK, this is excellent quality bakeware, and is regularly used in professional kitchens, TV programmes (including Great British Bake Off, Mary Berry and Masterchef) and is equally as usable in the domestic household. This exceptional quality product heats through evenly, cooks quicker than your average non stick pan, and although is not initially non-stick, is very easy to clean. Keeping this product out of the dishwasher allows it to develop its own patina, which in turn develops its non stick coating. This means that within a few uses, this product not only improves performance, it also improves non stick cooking.
