Florence Mytum

Florence Mytum Ceramics is an independent ceramics brand run by British artist, Florence Mytum. She uses her background as a sculptor to create bold, colourful and tactile ceramics. Florence handmakes sculptural vases, playful mugs and colourful bowls from stoneware clay her East London studio, then decorated with bold patterns using colourful slips and glazes. Florence’s work celebrates colour, texture and form through a focus on materiality, and her pieces bridge the gap between decorative, sculptural and functional ceramics. All of Florence’s pieces are fully functional, microwave and dishwasher safe (although hand-washing is recommended), yet they also stand alone as beautiful, sculptural pieces.
