Elephant Parade

Elephant Parade

Elephant Parade is the brainchild of father and son team Marc And Mike Spits. A social enterprise that runs the world’s largest art exhibition of decorated elephant statues, Elephant Parade came to be after father and son met a brave baby elephant named Mosha, who had lost part of her leg after stepping on a landmine. Today, baby elephant statues, created by celebrities, artists and “creative spirits”, are exhibited in cities across the world, helping raise awareness for the need of elephant conservation. If a 150cm baby elephant is too big for your lounge, there are more petite versions available. From charming keyrings and money boxes, jewellery and bags, they are a feel good, beautiful buy, with 20% of profits donated to elephant welfare and conservation projects.
