The Living Lounge

The Living Lounge opened in Canterbury in 2016 by owner Leila Appleby-Lansley after a positive response to her three month pop-up shop. After studying Fashion Styling at The London College of Fashion, and a number of years spent as a fashion stylist and visual merchandiser, Leila followed her dream to set up her own shop. She believes that layers of texture are vital in a home, qualities which are hard to express online, and wanted to provide customers with an opportunity to experience beautiful homeware products in their physical form. Her collection is designed to work together cohesively, evolving with the seasons.
