About Home & Kids

Home & Kids in Blackheath was founded by mum of four Maritza Masiello, who was looking to take on a new challenge after a successful career in legal accounting. Originally a children's boutique opened with a business partner, Maritza has since continued the business on her own, rebranding to include products that focus on the home and family. As well as stocking a range of beautiful products and gifts, the boutique is also home to a cafe, allowing customers to enjoy a coffee whilst browsing.

From the founder

"I think people are really enjoying shopping in actual shops again. Of course online shopping is major business and a great way to reach customers all over the world, but there is nothing better than face to face interaction. It also encourages us all to be more considered in our purchases and allows the high street to become a more interesting place."
